SOCIAL PROCESS AND FAMILY IN CHILD DEVELOPMENT

"One of the most important processes in child development is socialization: socialization is a process in which individuals, especially children, become functional members of a particular group and gain the values, behaviors and beliefs of the other members of the group, while the process actually begins right after birth and continues for the life of a person Most of the behaviors they affect are particularly evident during the first childhood, such as parent-child, child-siblings, child-peer interaction. The degree of children's dependent behavior, the level of discipline required, the type of discipline, It is closely related to the process of socialization. "(Onur, 1993)

This process is a very important process especially in the family that cares especially in social process in child development. It should take into account the attitude of your parents. For example; An inconsistent parent can increase the degree of discipline needed in the child. In terms of having a different parental attitude, authoritarian parenting style can affect the child's self-expression skills, socialization desire and level in a negative way. The approaching style of the child should be consistent, allowing the child to express himself, but ensuring correct rule supervision at the right time. Otherwise, an inconsistent parental style can lead to situations in the future that can occur in the form of personality disorder or anger behavior.

The importance of other factors in child development should not be overlooked. I will be sharing this on different occasions.
